Minors are seen on a case-by-case basis. Parents/guardians are encouraged to have involvement in the counseling process. This is achieved through regularly inviting parents/guardians into the counseling setting with the minor.

We do not bill insurance, but happily provide an invoice if needed for reimbursement.

No information is disclosed without prior written permission from the counselee. However, we take a few exceptions to this rule, which are:

*Suspected child, dependent adult, or elder abuse.

*If a counselee is threatening serious bodily harm to another person.

*If a counselee intends to harm himself or herself.

In these cases, proper reporting will take place.

We ask that clients reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of their appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $40.00.

Our office uses an automated system to send reminders of appointments 24hrs and 8hrs in advance.
